A Year of Belonging

In April 2024, we attended the Othering & Belonging Conference in Oakland, California. It was transformational for our team. It provoked deep shifts in our thinking and we felt inspired to continue our reflections and explorations. 

We’ve decided that the next year will be our “Year of Belonging” at Courageous Change Collective. A year of reflection on how we evolve our work as we center Belonging without Othering.
